At Harlequin we pride ourselves in understanding our customers' every last need, and to that end we feel that it is important to build up an ongoing relationship. This allows us to align our service most closely with your requirements, whether it be style, timing, or just a personal quirk or two. The more we get to know you, the more perfect the service can be for you. Indeed many of our longstanding members are able to operate credit accounts, drop off clothes with no more than a nod or a wave, and be safe in the knowledge that everything will be done exactly to their liking.
On this basis, the majority of our customers subscribe for yearly membership, which entitles them and any member of their family and friends living at their address to get half price cleaning of all types, from standard dry cleaning to leathers, furs, household items and the rest.
"But what if I dont save my membership fee over the year?"
This very rarely happens, as the savings mostly far outweigh the fee, but if for example you had to move from the area, the membership can pass to a nominee, such as a friend or relative, or even the person moving in to your address. Finally, if all else fails and you get to the end of the year and you havent saved the fee then we will refund the difference. So as you can see, there is little downside in sampling what membership has to offer.
